1. To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Pinoy Mini Mall.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person and only one entry per household address.
5. If you want to enter the competition you may enter via the website on the applicable competition page, or you can also send your details in writing to "Registration Competition", Pinoy Mini Mall, 1 Market Place, Snaith, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 9HE.
6. Sending an email is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be picked at random and their chance is based upon the number of credits received.
8. The credits system works thus:
a) The entrant will receive ONE credit for registering their own details.
b) For each friend/family referral, they will receive a link to the competition page. If that friend/family registers their details with the competition, ther referrer will receive another ONE credit.
c) A maximum of SIX credits are available to each entrant.
d) Each credit counts as one chance in the competition and, therefore, those whose referrals register have a greater chance of winning.
9. The closing date is Midnight on 31st May 2007, and Pinoy Mini Mall reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
10. If you win the competition, we will notify you by post and email. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to "Registration Competition Results", Pinoy Mini Mall, 1 Market Place, Snaith, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 9HE after the closing date.
121. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Pinoy Mini Mall may require.
13. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Pinoy Mini Mall.
14. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
15. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
16. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
18. This competition is being run by Pinoy Mini Mall, 1 Market Place, Snaith, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 9HE.
19. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
20. Pinoy Mini Mall reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules on the competition page.
21. Pinoy Mini Mall will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
