- Shipping & Delivery Prices
- Orders are shipped by 11am every morning, monday to friday. Orders for sameday collection must be recieved by 9am. DHL aims to deliver all parcels by the following day, however this is dependant on the volume of parcels within the system. 90% of parcels are recieved within 48 hours.Prices are as follows and will be automatically calculated on checkout. If we find when processing your order that the calculation is incorect then we will contact you with the correct price.

- Pinoy Mini Mall aims to provide the highest standards of service to our customers. We have spent the last two years refining our packaging techniques to ensure your parcel arrives at your home in the best possible condition. Mail order companies, such as ourselves are at the mercy of the couriers they use, which is why we use DHL. Having tried other couriers we have found DHL to be excellent on price and highly efficient in tracking, ensuring you can be kept up-to-date all through the transit of your parcel. Orders are collected from Pinoy Mini Mall every morning Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Saturday deliveries are available (ask for details), however at a much greater cost. If you are unsure if you will be at home for the delivery you have a number of options, most of which we can highlight on your parcel for the driver to read. These include leaving with a neighbour; at a safe outside location at your house; at work; at a nearby store. We usually provide our couriers with your contact number, however these are rarely used as couriers do not carry company phones and will not usually ring before delivery. Times of day for delivery cannot be specified.

- 1. These terms and conditions supercede all terms and conditions and apply to the sale and supply of goods by Pinoy Mini Mall ("the company") to the Customer and no other terms shall apply. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will appear on the relevant web page without written notice being given. For avoidance of doubt no member of staff at the Company is authorised to vary these Terms and Conditions either orally or in writing. 2. All product descriptions and prices are subject to alteration without notice. 3. All orders are subject to product availability and order acceptance. 4. All descriptions and weights are based on manufacturer's information as supplied by our wholesalers. Gross weight calculations are based upon a general allowance made for the packaging of goods. Any such description does not form part of this Agreement. 5. Delivery times, where agreed, are only approximate and there shall be no liability on the Company for late delivery. 6. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct and to comply with the courier’s requests to make redeliveries within a reasonable amount of time. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to the Company and an additional postage charge will be incurred. 7. In the event of an item either being temporarily unavailable or withdrawn by the manufacturer, the Company will contact the Customer to suggest a suitable alternative with an equal value or delay despatch until the item has been obtained. If we are unable to fulfil the above the difference will be refunded to the Customer. 8. Claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect goods must be notified to the company in writing by email within twenty-four hours of delivery. We regret that refunds can not be considered under any other circumstances. 9. No goods may be returned for credit or replacement without the prior written consent of the Company. 10. The Company will not be held responsible for goods seized by customs officials. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for a list of restrictions governing import goods. 11. Local taxes and duties are payable by the Customer on receipt of goods. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for a list of products which carries import duties and taxes. 12. All payment will be processed via Paypal’s secure server. Orders will only be processed for cards recognised by Paypal. 13. All payment transactions will be made in sterling. The conversion rate is that used by Paypal at the time the order is processed. 14. We handle any information we have about you under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. 15. Any data held by ourselves will be used solely for ordering goods from the site. No personal details will be passed by us to any third parties. 16. This site is provided without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. 17. Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights. 18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
- Mobile Top Up Terms & FAQs
- Calls are subject to a 5p connection fee. Once you run out of credit, you will automatically receive a £5 recharge. To unsubscribe from this service please text STOP to short number 66667. Calls to the 020 access number are charged at your operators standard rate. How do I top up? Just text PINOY to 66667. The return message will charge £5 and will give you £5 of International calling credit. How do I use the service? Dial the access number included in your welcome text message (0203 3479723). You will then be prompted to dial the International number you wish to dial. Make sure that you dial 00, plus the country code before your number. The 0203 number is a local London number, and is charged at your operator's standard rate. Can I use my credit from a landline or a different mobile phone? Yes. To use your credit on a different phone, simply dial the 0203 access number from the phone that you wish to use. You will hear a message saying that you have no credit. You simply need to enter the full number of the mobile phone that you used to buy the credit, and you will then access your account. Is there a maximum amount of top ups I can do in one day? Yes, you can top up a maximum of 6 times in each 24 hour period. Are there any fees for the service? There are no fees or subscriptions for the service. However, there is a 5p connection charge levied for each call made. How long does the credit last? Your credit will last for 90 days from the time that you top up. Where can I find out the rate for a particular country? To see the ratelist please click here. I have sent a request for a topup, but I have not received a message back? The messages are generally sent back straight away. Very occasionally they may be delayed by congestion on the network. In this case, do not send another message as you will be charged twice. If you have not received the message within a few hours please contact us. How can I check my cheap calling credit? To check your cheap calling credit you need to call our customer service number: 01405 862898.
