You have the option of paying online, through our checkout. You do have the option of other payments (cheques, postal orders), but these should be arranged with Emie over the phone. Again if you are not sure, just call!
SO WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
1. Place your order
2. Pinoy Mini Mall will process your order and pack ready for collection
3. Courier collects your parcel (if booked before 7am) in the morning between 11am and midday
4. We recieve your booking and tracking form
5. Your parcel is taken to regional sorting offices
6. Sometime during the day we will email your 'Order Collected' email to tell you when delivery is expected and give you your unique 'Tracking Number' to help you follow your parcel to your home.
7 The next day your parcel will be loaded by our courier to attempt delivery to your home, or place of work.
8. Your parcel arrives!
SPECIAL NOTES
If you make an order please make sure you are going to be available to recieve the parcel when it is delivered. If you are not going to be at home, maybe you should have it delivered to your work, or a friend who is going to be at home. You can put any address in the 'Delivery Address' section at checkout.
